We provide the following services for private collectors, designers, and institutions:

• Access to exclusive curated artworks and collectibles.
• Private in-person or virtual gallery viewings by appointment.
• Consultation services for art acquisition and collection strategy.
• Delivery and installation coordination for acquired pieces.

3. Booking and Agreement

Submitting a request for a private viewing, consultation, or acquisition does not constitute a binding agreement. The contract becomes valid only once confirmed by us in writing (email or formal invoice).

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or invoiced agreement.
• For bespoke services or reservations, an advance deposit may be required.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booked appointment or service:

• More than 7 days in advance: Full refund.
• Between 24 hours and 7 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

6. Liability and Conditions

• We are not liable for damages to artworks once transferred to the client or during shipping by third-party carriers.
• Ziler’s Collection is not responsible for technical errors on the website or temporary service unavailability.

7. Use of Media and Content

• Photos or videos taken during events or gallery visits may be used for promotional purposes with prior consent.
• If you wish to opt out of media usage, please inform us in writing before your visit.
• All written and visual content on this site is the intellectual property of Ziler’s Collection and may not be reused without permission.
